Where is Sneakertopia Los Angeles located?
 
Sneakertopia Los Angeles is located inside HHLA (formerly The Promenade at Howard Hughes) in Los Angeles.
  • The address is 6081 Center Drive, Suite 222, Los Angeles, CA 90045.
  • For easiest access, enter the South Lot and park on P3. 
  • Sneakertopia is on the 2nd floor of HHLA, which has direct access to parking level P3.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early. 

How long will my visit take?

A trip through Sneakertopia lasts about an hour. Your photos and memories last a lifetime. You’re invited to browse Sneakertopia’s gift shop afterward, where we will feature exclusive limited edition merchandise and collabs from Sneakertopia artists.

What should I bring?

Bring your ticket on your mobile device, a photo ID, and your passion for creativity and sneakers.

Please, no outside food or drink is permitted within Sneakertopia.

What should I leave at home/in the car?

  • Strollers
  • Large bags
  • Backpacks and bags may be subject to screening on entry and exit, so please don’t bring them unless absolutely necessary.

Can I bring my service animal into Sneakertopia?

Sneakertopia is committed to welcoming a wide and diverse audience, including those assisted by trained service animals.

Sneakertopia complies with the American with Disabilities act (ADA), and allows service animals trained to perform specific tasks for an individual with a disability into all public areas of the museum. The museum does not allow Emotional Support Animals (ESA) on site. Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, or Therapy Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, and are not considered service animals under the ADA.

If the animal is out of control or if the animal is not housebroken, the handler will be asked to remove the animal from the premises.

Noises and Flashing Lights Sensitivity

Please be advised that Sneakertopia's exhibit uses music and lights that may be at times loud and bright, as a part of the sensory experience. If you or a member of your party is sensitive to these factors, please come prepared. Feel free to notify a Sneakertopia staff member if you are ever feeling uncomfortable and need to skip past a particular section.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash. We do not have cash on-site.

What if I have questions about my tickets?

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances. For information about exchanges, please contact support.seetickets.us.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket will grant you one time access to the Sneakertopia pop art exhibit, where you will be able to get up close and personal with rare kicks and streetart masterpieces. 

Is Sneakertopia wheelchair/ADA accessible?

Yes!

Do you have restrooms?

The public restrooms are located adjacent to the museum, part of the HHLA complex, on the same floor.

What terms and conditions apply?

All guests that purchase a ticket or enter Sneakertopia are subject to Sneakertopia’s Guest Release and Waiver of Liability, Promise Not To Sue, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement, a copy of which can be found online here. Each guest will be deemed to have consented to the terms of such agreement by purchasing a ticket to or entering Sneakertopia.
